For those that are familiar with Brisbane’s not very often but guaranteed recurring and quite devastating floods, the DC is on a hill and the servers on level 6. Battery backup is on the same floor, along with gas fire suppression systems, dual air lock sealed entry, and generators are above known flood levels, it’s about as rock solid as you could ask for!

• Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 - We have found problems with both Windows 10 and Windows Server 2012 R2 as a platform for MT4 terminals where the system locks and stops responding - there are a number of similar reports from members of the MQL5 community who still support Server 2008 R2 as preferred platform. It allows more resources to be available to the MT4 terminal.exe processes, and manages vCPU affinity completely automatically - CPU affinity often needs manual management for stability and performance under other OS's. As such we have made the choice to stay with a very stable and resource unintensive OS which has proven itself to be highly suited to multiple MT4 terminals with a large number of charts, indicators, and EA's running in parallel
• 10GB Dedicated Reserved RAM - RAM is not shared or over allocated among VPS’, most providers will over allocate the available physical RAM based on statistical average use across all virtual machines on the host, we do NOT operate with this policy, all RAM for your VPS is reserved and locked to that virtual machine upon startup!
